Kennel Ride - Ascot
The owners purchased a new garden room from us for installation at a property they just purchased in Ascot. After work had started on the Garden Room installation, we were asked to inspect some areas in the main property, which was a 230 year old cottage.
It was at this stage we had to advise the clients of some unfortunate findings. These discoveries lead to a £500,000 restoration and extension of the whole property.
3 years on we are still supporting the owners with a legal case and the associated litigation against the RICS surveyor who provided them with a negligent level 3 home buyers report which advised them, the property was a good purchase.
