Although we do not produce plans ourselves in house, we have a highly recommended group of architects who work on behalf of our clients. We work closely with them to make sure the final designs give you the maximum usage out of your proposed new space,

One of our own projects, we restored the dilapidated school and turned it in to 4 dwellings all with modern air source heating and triple glazing

The Mews, Lydiard Millicent - Swindon, Wiltshire
Year - 2022
We built 2 new homes on behalf of a property investor who ran in to financial trouble, the project was predicted to make a loss due to compilations with made up ground and drainage diversions. We took the project on a management basis and turned it round to produce a £180,000 profit for the owners,
